Firstly I’d just like to say a big thank you for dropping by, I know how busy all our modern lives have become, so every minute of your precious time is appreciated!
I guess that’s one of the reasons I started this page in 2013, it was an easy way to share some of my paleo recipes that friends on Instagram had requested, to show others that they were quick and simple to create!
I have to say it’s been an utter joy to see them now shared all over the world! So thank you to all of you!
I’m no chef, I’m just a regular mum of 2 with a passion for cooking, on a constant quest for health and happiness! And a VERY tight budget! I hope that I can show that it is possible to eat healthily as a family even when you can’t splash the cash or you’re strapped for time.
My family eats mainly Paleo but not strictly, and this works best for us. Paleo is not some fad diet, it’s not a quick fire way to lose weight, it’s about nourishing your body and living a healthier and happier life, and finding what works best for you is how you will make a life style change that is sustainable in the long run.
This blog is my way of sharing my ups and downs and showing how to have fun with the food that nature intended us to eat!
